 y for the Bilby Admins to test a ‘work-around’ to remove the BLOCK t
 o bookings after the maximum has been reached. The organiser can create 
 & manage their OWN MANUAL WAITLIST but the badges for 'Spots Left' and â
 €˜Activity Full’ will NOT be displayed. The activity needs to be set a
 t the Maximum of 50+ participants, to prevent bookings being blocked aft
 er the actual/ideal number of participants is reached. The organiser can
  then manage their own manual waitlist as they have done previously. You
  can 'Make a TEST Booking' if you want. Your TEST booking will show up a
 s 'waiting' as this is the default booking status. Activity organiser: H
