 e Royal National Park. We'll follow the Karingal, Red Cedar and Lilyvale
  tracks out to Werong Lookout and return the same way. This is an out-an
 d-back walk. Some steep and some scrubby sections, but beautiful scenery
 . Moderately challenging route - good fitness required, moderate pace. A
