DESCRIPTION:This loop walk is a hidden gem in the bushland west of Menai
  Town Centre. We will follow Mill Creek south towards its source on a fa
 irly flat footpad (with the odd rock scramble) and then return via other
  tracks. Much bird life, beautiful and varied vegetation, and interestin
 g rocks. A few sections of rocky ground and a fairly steep descent to Mi
 ll Creek (a few metres of rolling stones). Some creek crossings, but unl
 ess there’s been a lot of rain these should be no problem. Approx 11 k
