 en up an interesting informal track and Bola Heights Fire Trail to Garra
 warra Farm (perhaps spotting an eagles nest!).  Then down to the shacks
  at North Era Beach before heading South to Burning Palms, Figure Eight 
 Pool before ascending back up to the Coast Track, emerging at the Otford
