DESCRIPTION:Between railway stations at either end - Thirroul or Austinm
 er to the South and Scarborough or Coalcliff to the North. Most of the w
 alking is along the sand and rock platforms typical of NSW beaches, but 
 there are a few places where we have to take pavements by the side of th
 e road or short, informal bush tracks. Lots of swimming opportunities an
 d plenty of cafes along the way. The exact stations and direction will d
 epend on timetables but low tide is a driver and that is around 9 am. Ap
