DESCRIPTION:Starting at Flat Rock Crossing car park, we will walk down S
 outh West Arm Creek. For the first few hundred metres there is a distinc
 t footpad, but from then down to Winifred Falls a mixture of rock hoppin
 g and penetrating through scrub awaits the adventurer. From Winifred Fal
 ls we will walk down to the head of navigation and, if we have timed the
  tides properly, will be able to wade downstream as far as Saddle Gully,
  when we will find a way up there towards Anice Falls. We will return to
  cars parked at the Winifred Falls car park. Off-track and exploratory G
