A high tide paddle up the side creeks and mangroves of the Minnamurra River. Lunch on a beach, with a walk through to the ocean, makes for a great day. PFDs compulsory.

PADDLE SPORTS such as KAYAKING are 'Peer Activities' - where no instructional or guiding structure exists and it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure the suitability of their equipment and themselves for the activity.
