The agenda for the AGM will consist of:
- the minutes of the previous AGM
- presentation of the financial report
- presentation of the President and Committee report
- election of the Club Office Bearers

Time: 7-9pm Location: Hall 1 at Stapleton Community Centre, 3A Stapleton Ave, Sutherland.
A light supper is served at each meeting and there is time to socialise.
The club's Monthly GENERAL MEETING is held from 7pm to 9pm on the last Wednesday of the month, except December & January.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held at the February meeting.
We invite an interesting guest speaker to meetings held from March through to November.
