New walk - DHARAWAL NP (Grade 2/3) - MINERVA POOL, JINGGA AND O’HARES CREEK LOOKOUT TRAILS
Mon 25th Aug 2025
These are three short return walking trails within close proximity to one another in the north west corner of the Dharawal National Park. The walks are mostly on fire trails (hence grade 2) but there is some bush track and the Jingga trail is very steep for about 600 metres (hence grade 3). Total walking distance is approx 8 kilometres.
The walk will commence at 10:00am so that people are travelling at the tail end of morning peak hour traffic. The entrance to the Park is Victoria Road, Wedderburn. There is a small carpark at the entrance. The walk should finish around 1:00pm.
Activity Organiser RAY M.
A DAY WALK generally takes 5-8 hours, as advised by the Activity Organiser.
The GRADE reflects the level of difficulty & distance. Refer to explanation of walking grades on the club website.
